Tennis is a fun and energetic way for children to stay active, develop coordination and build confidence. Our classes encourage children to move, react, focus and enjoy being part of a team. Group lessons also create a great opportunity to make new friends, learn how to cooperate and support one another.
Tennis also challenges children to think and make decisions as they play. They learn to anticipate, find their own strategies and adapt to different situations on the court, developing both their tactical thinking and concentration.
As an individual sport, tennis also teaches children independence, responsibility and perseverance. They learn to set goals, take responsibility for their progress and celebrate their achievements, building skills and confidence that can benefit them both on and off the court.
