Muay thai (thai boxing) is a martial art in which we use all of our eight limbs to fight and defend our self - hands, elbows, knees, legs. This fighting style also involves clinch fighting (grappling).
This makes it a great sport for self-defence. There is a variety of different kicking techniques, leg sweeps and trips that help you get out of a dangerous situation and use your opponents strength against him. In addition it is a great tool to improve and develop all physical and motoric skills such as strength, speed, balance, coordination
but at the same time it teaches the respect for the martial art and others.
